TED Plastics is a contract manufacturer with a core competency in plastic injection molding. We partner with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) on mechanical sub-assemblies to complete final assemblies and products.

Our OEM partners consider TED Plastics’ contract manufacturing an extension of their manufacturing operations – providing them an integrated, streamlined, turnkey, cost-effective manufacturing process for assemblies through finished products. With a strong Supply Chain Management team and an expert group in Molds, we have a sizable list of well identified and verified set of suppliers and Mold manufacturers in India and else where in the world.

Our OEM customers have been saving substantial costs by way of freeing up resources which were earlier used for managing manufacturing/supplies of Plastic Injection Molded parts and assemblies, while at the same time realizing savings on facility, equipment, maintenance, labor, training, tooling, energy, material and overall manufacturing cost – resulting in a significant increase to their profits. TED Plastics’ contract manufacturing service is based on strong knowledge and experience base, which has been built on the Promoter’s experience in working systems that have been able to enhance value addition to OEM Customers in india and Overseas, consistently for several years.

We provide all QA, OTD , KAIZEN, Planning Finger Chart and shipment related documentation promptly to the OEM customers for a well streamlined ‘continuous improvement plan’ in product quality and supply chain. Our experience in partnering with various industry verticals of global OEMs, include automotive, Industrial Power back up, Renewable Energy, Agriculture, Consumer Durables, and Furniture Industry.
