• Sub-Contract Manufacturer

TED Plastics has tied up with a few high quality suppliers for sub contract activities within Bangalore. Their infrastructure is complementary to TED Plastics’ own facility.

• Raw Materials Supplier

TED Plastics has a large pool of qualified suppliers, both local and international, for supply of raw materials. The TED Plastics’ sourcing team is capable of sourcing specified products from across the world.

• Inventory Management

Finished products are stored and supplied on daily/weekly demand. This calls for an inventory management service which is handled by the Program Management team.

• Distribution

Products vary in how they are distributed. Some are shipped directly from TED Plastics facility to the customer’s central warehouse. Others are shipped to regional distribution centres.

This is a significant, but often overlooked, step in the supply chain. Only some contract manufacturers will provide this service.
