- • Prevent pollution, reduce waste and minimize consumption of natural resources through structured objectives and actions.
- • Ensure that company continually improves its EHS performance through effective implementations of the policy, current procedures and future revisions.
- • Ensure that his policy is made available to each employee, every contractor and is visible to visitors to our premises and each one is expected to comply with this policy.
We track and regularly review sustainable manufacturing metrics at each of our facilities, including kilowatts of power used per hour and per Kg of resin, Liters of water consumed and Kgs of waste generated and reused, as part of our focus on continually improving our processes and investing in new energy-efficient systems, technology and equipment to reduce our energy and resource consumption and waste.
Waste reduction and recycling are another major focus of our sustainable manufacturing efforts. At our facilities we track recycling metrics and continually seek ways to reduce waste – from reducing scrap on the manufacturing floor to using less paper. All team members are aware and involved in helping meet our waste and scrap reduction goals.
